underclocking Downclocking amd 8150 voltagtes and speeds

The AMD FX 8150 CPU makes silly amounts of noise and heat on default voltages. It can play all 2016 games fast at slow speeds without overdrive. In the interests of sound control i have to find some decent settings for AMD overdrive program. Not a lot of info online for stable settings for the 8150, will update as i go along:

• 3.6 at 1.175v allegedly is stable for some people, 1.2 should be ok
• 3.9 at 1.3125v is allegedly ok if you are lucky 1.33 should be ok
• 3.0 at 0.95v is pretty definately fine? 

So tweaking on the safe side of those figures should be fine.

Feel free to add your findings for downclocking figures for this 8 core processor that is preset to run like a hoover.
